Currently, Newpearl Group has more than 50 automatic intelligent production lines (10,000-ton class press imported from Italian System Ceramics and SACMI), its annual production capability exceeds 200 million square meters. Its product sizes range from the ultra-small specification of 45 mm×45 mm to extra-large specification of 1,800 mm×3,600 mm, with their thicknesses spanning from 3.5 mm to 25 mm. Over 2,000 specifications, designs, and colors are available, forming a rich product series matrix.

The Pearl high level decoration tile factory went into operation in 1993,it was the first factory of Newpearl group history. Mr Delin Ye, the founder of Newpearl, he proposed the target of first rate enterprise and productions, insisted the quality is the lifeblood of the enterprise. He used the high-quality salt and pepper tile under the Guanzhu brand, open a new market so that became a new strike power in Foshan tile industry.
The porcelain salt and pepper tile was voted as new national grade product by National Science and Technology Commission
In 1998, Newpearl owned 2 tiles factory and the output annual value broke 300 millions RMB,it became the best economic performance company in Nanzhuang town, Foshan. Newpearl finished the enterprise transformation in the same year,speed up the expand.
Newpearl was the first company to promote the “6s”production management. the first in the industry passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality management system certification.
After the enterprise transformation,Newpearl took over the other factory and use the multi brands strategy, the production scale and market share expand unceasingly. Newpearl owned 4 tile factory ,35 million square meter tiles sales volume, more than 3000 employee until July 2002. Newpearl became one of the biggest tile manufacture.
Newpearl as a national pilot unit,was the the first batch passed 3C certification,was an enterprise practicing quality standards in the tile industry.
It was a leap development in tile industry marketing after the showroom of Louis modern and Huiwanjia completed. The experience marketing and Scene type marketing became the mainstream.
After successful operation of Jiangxi production base,Newpearl owned more than 60 production lines,more than 200 million production capacity, became the biggest scale home used construction company in the world.
The “Pearl Jade” collection on selling created a precedent in the industry.
The brand “SUMMIT” was on behalf of Chinese ceramic enterprises to participate the most famous tile event CERSAIE, this is an important international step of Newpearl.
The Independently developed by Newpearl, size in 1600X3200X4.5MM slabs were formal mass producing. This slab is the biggest and the thinnest mass producing slab in the market of China. The slab not only brought the huge transform to the function of tile, but also gave Newpearl a new tools to develop the home used market.
Newpearl focuses on the new retail, make a new project called “Peral home”, it included the design, sales operation, store management, factory producing plan. This system link up customers, store and factory, it pushed the enterprise to information and date operation.
